These wavelengths include a 755 Alexandrite, and the 1064 ND YAG wavelength. This laser allows treatments to be comfortable, because it has a cooling system attached during each treatment
Unlike many other laser hair removal machines, this laser can treat any skin type! Because of its ability to treat all skin types, treatments are customizable from patient to patient. It can detect the difference between pigment in the skin and pigment in the hair follicle. Unlike many other lasers on the market, Cynosure Elite Lasers allow for a relatively comfortable experience for the patient.
The Cynosure Elite Laser is gentle, safe, fast, and powerfully effective. Unlike electrolysis, the laser zaps the hair in a series of microsecond pulses. We also use continuous cooling on your skin to make sure the skin cools while the laser is pulsing. There may still be a measure of mild discomfort felt depending on the texture of the hair, the color of the skin, and the area being treated. Some patients have described this sensation as a rubber band snapping or being touched with an ice cube.
Although results vary, you can expect on average a 50-85% reduction in hair after your recommended treatment plan is completed.
