Aesthetica Med Spa in Paramus, NJ was misleading and offered terrible service. Wanted some hair treatment before a trip, lamentably this might be the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I was told by the front desk and the aesthetician (Monica Palma) that because I was 9 minutes late (yet still within the 10 minute grace period they allow) that they wouldn’t treat me at all. Despite speaking with them on the phone to book the appointment days earlier, I was misled into believing they would offer their services when I visited their office. That was a lie.

I drove for an hour in very heavy Route 17 traffic arriving at 3:54pm for a 3:45pm appointment (still within their grace period policy). Monica and the receptionist were adamant that they could not help me beyond paperwork . There was no concern for me as a customer. None. It didn’t matter whether I was traveling on vacation or how many sessions I was going to book with them. They flat out lied and didn’t care to make good on their end. What a terrible way to treat a new client. I’m so disappointed in their lack of professionalism and common courtesy. Sadly, they seemed more concerned in rejecting me than in selling me more sessions. Buyer beware.
